Specification
Simplicity's standard perforated acoustic tile, made from gypsum plaster and glassfibre strands.
Installation
Either on a concealed grid system lay in grid or a lay in plank system
Acoustics
Lay in acoustic pads with one tissue face and plastic wrapped to resist fibre migration.
Decoration
One coat of alkali resisting primer followed by two full coats of emulsion
Grid System
Consists of a galvanised primary channel supported on 25 x 25 galvanised angle and a concealed main bar.
Accessibility
All tiles are fully demountable dependant on service requirements .
Tile Size Guidelines
Standard perforated acoustic tile
• 600 x 600 concealed grid system
• 600 x 600 lay in grid system
• 1500 x 400 on a plank tile system supported on the short edge
- 2000 x 450 concealed grid on a plank tile system supported on the long edges
